Augment Equity Ltd is a board level search firm. We are committed to protecting the data we hold.

The Data we hold

We collect a variety of personal data in order to provide our services. For candidates we will hold some or all of the following; CV, employment and academic history and other qualifications, address, email address and telephone contact details. We may also hold remuneration details, a record of our conversations and interview notes. In addition to information provided directly by candidates, we may gather information from the public domain including; LinkedIn, Google, Company websites, press and periodicals and third-party sources such as referees.

If you are a client or supplier, we will collect and use information about your company and individuals within your company for the purposes of fulfilling our obligations to you and furthering our business relationship. We will also hold your name and contact details.

Legal Basis for Data Collection

Data is collected and held by us for the legitimate interests of the parties involved.

We may share data with clients to serve the purpose of providing our services. We may release data to regulatory or law enforcement agencies, if required.

We will retain client and candidate information for the period necessary to fulfil the purpose of providing services to clients and candidates.

From time to time we may execute services on behalf of clients based outside of the United Kingdom, however in all circumstances we will operate in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Data Security

The data is stored in a secure database accessible only by Augment Equity Ltd.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures and safeguards to help protect your personal data from unauthorised access, misuse, alteration or loss. Our internal policies and procedures are designed to help ensure we safeguard the privacy and accuracy of all data we hold.

Deletion, transparency and change

Should a client or candidate instruct us to delete their data from our systems we will do so. You can request to see a copy of the data we hold about you and we will respond to your request within the appropriate timeframe.

If you believe that any data we hold on you is inaccurate, please email us, or write to us, as soon as possible.

Privacy Policy Changes

Augment Equity reserves the right to modify or amend this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason, as permitted by applicable law. If there are changes to the Privacy Policy, we will post those changes here.
